India now has a much more visible tournament pathway, from city-level events to larger competitive stops. For players who have only played friendly matches, 2026 is a good year to understand how to enter the competitive side of padel.
India’s 2026 tournament calendar
The Padel Association of India publishes a competition calendar developed with the Indian Padel Tour, including events across Mumbai, Goa, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Chennai, Mohali and Kochi.
What level should you enter?
Do not choose a category based on ego. Competitive padel exposes positioning and consistency quickly. Use our padel skill levels guide to understand where your game sits before registering.
How to prepare for your first tournament
Play with the same partner beforehand, understand the scoring format, arrive early, and practise return positioning and communication. Tournament nerves usually make simple patterns more valuable than ambitious shots.
Find upcoming events
We maintain a dedicated padel tournament calendar so players can discover events and plan ahead.
